Very personable and cared about finding us the right home. She worked very hard with all parties to ensure we were being taken care of. My only complaints are that she lacks in communication and would forget details that we already shared with her. She is a busy lady and we know we aren’t her only clients, but do wish the communication was better through the process. To any clients, I recommend giving your expectations at the beginning, especially if you are unaware of the process and need extra clarification. Ask questions throughout and keep asking questions if they are not being answered. We’re grateful for Brenda’s hard work and expertise. She got us into our dream home and we are so thankful.

When we wanted to list our home, Brenda came to the property, did a walkthrough and noted everything we updated since we bought the home. She hired a photographer to take professional photos of our home and created a detailed online listing for relator/zillow etc. Once we were under contract, Brenda handled the buyers questions that included multiple trips to the house for verification photos. She went above and beyond our expectations.
