Brenda worked with Craftsman’s Roofing and Construction to fully restore the home and selling it in record time! I couldn’t be more happy with her availability (2 hour time difference here in Washington State) and her quick communication. She handled every problem that came up with positively and focus that a home owner expects.
Brenda was able to sell our property at asking price and was under contract within 3 weeks of being on the market which freed up our VA loan and allowed us to purchase a property here.
The icing on the cake was her willingness to communicate with our agent here in Washington. She actually influenced the seller here in WA to pick us over a much higher offer! That is unheard of as we’ve been outbid for nearly every property we’ve liked in the last two years up here.

My only complaints are that she lacks in communication and would forget details that we already shared with her. She is a busy lady and we know we aren’t her only clients, but do wish the communication was better through the process.
To any clients, I recommend giving your expectations at the beginning, especially if you are unaware of the process and need extra clarification. Ask questions throughout and keep asking questions if they are not being answered.
