About Brenda Spencer-Ragland

I began the journey as a licensed REALTOR in June 2020. Prior I served as the President and CEO of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce for 18 months, after serving for 33 years with the United States Army as a senior civilian. As the Executive Director, I am honored to have led the team to achieve 5 Star Accreditation for the Chamber of Commerce, this was the first for the Chamber in more than 100 years.

As a licensed professional real estate agent, I have been recognized as the Rookie of the Year in real estate, and top 5 agents in Oklahoma for RE/MAX.

Prior to retiring, after 33 years serving as a senior civilian with the Army, 

Prior to assuming the position of Executive Director for the Chamber of Commerce, I had the honor of serving as the Director of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Responsibilities included full authority to plan and direct programs and services on a complex and multi mission military installation. Family and MWR encompasses non-appropriated funds resource management, Child and Youth Services, Army Community Services, a diverse offering of Recreation and Business Programs to include serving as the senior Housing Director for Family Housing, Lodging and Barracks. As the Director, I developed organizational vision, goals, plans, and objectives, and implements policies and procedures.
